• The user, customer, or duly authorised agent of the “customer”, is a paid up member of Buyers Incorporated.

• Non members are not allowed to transact on the site.

• Buyers Inc. facilitates the interaction between buyers and sellers within the Hospitality Industry.

• Buyers Inc. does not purport to be a supplier, wholesaler, or buying group, and does not carry stock, warehouse or supply, any goods listed on the site.

• Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure a consistent standard of quality and service, as a result of point 4 above, Buyers Inc. cannot be held responsible for the availability, nor the quality, of the product provided, and cannot guarantee the standard of service provided by the supplier.

• Prices indicated on the site may fluctuate and are guideline prices only and whilst a “customer” should not expect to pay more than the listed price, customers are recommended to confirm delivered prices with the supplier.

• Buyers Inc. cannot be held liable for any price variations that may arise due to a change in supplier pricing.

• The success of the site and the “transactions” concluded on the site are totally dependant on the accuracy of the user in concluding the transactions.

• Buyers Inc. cannot be held liable for any errors incurred by the user whilst transacting on the site.

• Buyers Inc. cannot be held liable for purchase data not registered on the site.

• Buyers Inc. promotes a good relationship between buyer and seller, and encourages buyers to communicate regularly with suppliers.

• Buyers Inc. cannot be held liable by suppliers for the non payment of accounts by Buyers Inc. members.

The objectives Buyers Inc. will achieve via the provisioning of the online ordering portal are to:

• Expose suppliers to a larger more focused market.

• Encourage competition between suppliers within the industry.

• Improve the standard of service provided by suppliers.

• Provide a seamless ordering facility for the purchaser.
